Cover story on Iron Maiden

From 1999-2001, NASA partnered with History students at Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State) to conduct interviews with former employees who lived in the Central Texas area. Interviewees include managers, engineers, technicians, doctors, astronauts, and other employees of NASA and aerospace contractors who served in key roles during the Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, Skylab, and Shuttle programs.

Public Matters is the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program's magazine that highlights not only the program's achievements, events, and faculty research throughout the previous year, but also shines a light on our MPA alumni and their work within the field of public administration.

This interview was conducted in Spring 2021 as part of The Make Your Mark Student Audio Project. This project is limited to graduating seniors who were asked to reflect on their time at Texas State University and discuss their experiences.
