He goes on to talk about his experiences in the military in WWII and the 1940s and how that inspired him to pursue an education. Mr. Lucio describes what San Marcos was like at time and its local politics and education system, especially in relation to the town's Latino community.

John Fritz, manager of member services division, talks about how GVEC runs efficiently in order to keep their prices low for their customers. He also talks about he came to have his current job as manager of member services division.

Leon Netardus talks about some of his responsibilities as manager of the business division, advances the company has made since he has been there, and some of the advance he hopes to see the company make in the future.
