From San Marcos Record: New fence for the National Guard Armory has been built by San Marcos Jaycees in exchange for the utilities bill run up during the recent Home Trade Show. Here three Jaycees, all workers for the San Marcos Telephone Company, stretch cable for the fence. Left to right they are Marvin Moss, James Mauldin and Erwin Hagedorn. April 21, 1960
