From San Marcos Record: Labor Day driving safety will be enhanced in Hays County this weekend by the San Marcos Jaycees and the local Kiwanis Club who will operate a safety stop on Highway 81 North at Herbert Holcombe office near Bugg Lane where motorists can rest.
